DURATION OF PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Euroservizi in accordance with Art. 5.1 of the GDPR will process your personal data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were provided.

In detail:

Personal Data processed for the purpose of "Service Provision/Fulfillment contract" will be kept for the time strictly necessary to the pursuit of the aforementioned purpose. In any case, since such Personal Data are processed to provide the Services, the Data Controller may keep them for a longer period, in particularly as may be necessary to protect the interests of Euroserve from possible responsibilities relating to the Services.

The Personal Data processed for the purposes of Marketing or Profiling will be stored until the consent of the data subject has been withdrawn.

The Personal Data processed for the purpose of Direct Marketing will be kept until if the data subject does not oppose the processing through the link found in lime to each of the emails.

e. to request and receive all personal data processed by the data controller, in format structured, commonly used and machine readable; or request transmission to another holder without hindrance (Art. 20, Right to the Portability);

f. to object in whole or in part to the processing of data for the purpose of sending advertising material and market research (c.d. Consent) (art. 21 Law opposition)

g. to object in whole or in part to the automatic processing of data; or semi-automatic for profiling purposes (c.d. Consent)
