AFLUID® splash-resistant surgical masks consisting of one layer of polyethylene net and three layers of non-woven fabric, laminated in a 'sandwich' pattern.

Each layer is structured for the specific function for which it is intended: liquid splash resistant, protective, filtering, anti-macerating.

AFLUID® enhances its characteristics in situations with a high risk of contamination: an additional layer consisting of a hexagonally structured polyethylene mesh film makes the mask resistant to splashes of potentially contaminated liquids, a possible transmission route for infectious viruses.
