A sterile, clear (after gamma sterilisation the colour may change over time from transparent to yellowish or pinkish), water-soluble lubricating gel to be used before applying allurethra to catheters, cystoscopes or other medical instruments.
It covers lurethra by creating a smooth layer between the urethral mucosa and the catheter or medical instrument.
It also has an antiseptic effect that protects patients from potential infection risks.
It contains 2% lidocaine, 0.05% chlorhexidine.
