STEREOPTIC TEST
This test is performed from a distance of 30-40 cm and assesses the cooperation between the two eyes in forming a single image in the brain from the two images perceived separately by each eye. It can be used with children from one year of age and adults if strabismus, amblyopia or decreased vision in one or both eyes is suspected.
GIMA stereopsis tests contain a ball, a fish, a star and a tree. The ball can be seen from one eye only.
