The new 3M™ Littmann® CORE digital stethoscope offers the exceptional acoustics, comfort and quality of a Littmann® Cardiology IV stethoscope, plus the powerful CORE digital attachment.
Intended for professional and clinical use on paediatric and adult patients.

Connection to Eko software via Bluetooth
The software allows you to capture 15, 30, 60 or 120 second recordings, view cardiac sound waves in real time, analyse and share recordings to monitor disease progression. The Eko App is available for iOS and Android devices.

Active noise cancellation
Reduces unwanted background sounds, enabling more reliable auscultation.

Transition from analogue to amplified mode
Two floating membranes (adult and paediatric) allow high-frequency and low-frequency sounds to be heard by simply adjusting pressure on the head.

Up to 40x amplification
Based on comparison between analogue and electronically amplified listening with maximum volume at peak frequency (125 Hz). Volume adjustable with the buttons on the CORE side.
