Used for daily monitoring of pre-vacuum steam sterilisers.
The Bowie and Dick test is intended for testing the steam steriliser at the beginning of the day (as per ISO 11140).
If the test is successful, it authorises the use of the steriliser.
The Bowie and Dick test detects faults such as air leaks, insufficient vacuum and inadequate steam penetration.
