Omnifix® - Three-piece disposable syringes with and without needle for sterile infusion and withdrawal of fluids within the body. Composition

Cylinder:
- Uniform and smooth surface absolutely free from open air bubbles or other defects that would
compromise the seal
- percentage of extra volume of 10% or more of the nominal capacity of the syringe
- provided with identifiable retaining ring that prevents unintentional piston release
- graduated scale: precise and visible engraved and/or printed with indelible ink for easy reading of the
volume, resistant to disinfectants and manipulation to ensure accuracy of drug dosage in
site of withdrawal and administration
- transparent non-toxic plastic cone to allow visibility of liquid and/or blood

Plunger:
- the inner end of the plunger is fitted with a capsule to ensure controlled and
constant as well as a perfect seal
- no drug residue when the plunger is pushed down (except where otherwise specified)

Plunger
- latex-free synthetic elastomer qualified according to ISO 10 993 resp. DIN EN 30 993
- with double sealing ring
