Useful for exercising the hip and leg muscles.

Elastic 18 mm x 58 cm x 1.4 mm (X-Light - yellow)
Rubber band 24 mm x 58 cm x 1.4 mm (Medium - red)
Elastic 24 mm x 58 cm x 1.6 mm (Heavy - green)
Elastic 30 mm x 58 cm x 1.6 mm (X-Heavy - blue)
