The sterile Hypor Derm dressing is indicated for the treatment of chronic or acute non-infected ulcers, slightly to moderately exudating wounds, superficial abrasions and minor burns (two thicknesses are available, depending on the extent of the wound).
It maintains ideal moisture for granulation and epithelialisation of wounds.

- gels, absorbing exudates and preventing fluid leakage
- adapts to the shape of the wound and body contours
