INADINE™ NON-ADHESIVE PVP-I DRESSING

Non-adherent, low-adherent knitted viscose dressing impregnated with a polyethylene glycol (PEG) base containing 10% iodopovidone.
It protects wounds even when infected, with a durable antimicrobial effect against bacteria, mycobacteria, fungi, protozoa and viruses, even resistant species such as methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).
Inadine minimises adherence to the bottom of the wound, thus reducing pain for the patient and the risk of damaging granulation tissue upon removal.
If the colour changes from orange to white, it means that the dressing has lost its antiseptic effectiveness and must be changed.

Indicated for ulcerative wounds, to prevent infection in mild burns and for traumatic skin injuries and highly infected wounds.
