Sanitising hydro-alcoholic cleaning agent with quaternary ammonium salts, for
cleaning and sanitising worktops, slicing machines, cutting boards and all washable surfaces: stainless steel, enamelled iron, ceramic, aluminium, plastic, formica, wood, etc. Removes grease, grease, oil and organic residues that are not very stratified or resistant. Ideal during work breaks to maintain the standard of hygiene until the next job. Active against a high number of microorganisms (bacteria, yeasts and moulds) it is suitable for use in the application of HACCP self-control plans.
