These Nelaton probes are made of non-toxic temperature-sensitive medical grade PVC, which softens with body temperature.
They consist of a transparent flexible tube for better monitoring of urine drainage and a coloured connector according to international standards. The tube ends with a closed, rounded, atraumatic tip ideal for better device performance and to avoid possible trauma of the urethra and bladder.
The tip has two opposing and asymmetrical side holes to increase urine drainage.
