The sterilisation chamber, with a capacity of approximately 7 litres, the tray, tongs and lid are made of polished 18/10 stainless steel.

All components used are certified by leading European brands and assembly is in full compliance with EN-61010.
Equipped with a double thermostat for temperature control.
