AUTOCLAVE EUROPA 15 litres class B
When it comes to safety in an outpatient setting, the first aspect to consider is that of sterilisation. The autoclave is a physical and legal safety device; precisely for this reason, the choice must be oriented following rational logic and making professional and not just economic evaluations. Thanks to the new EN 13060 standards, choosing the right autoclave has become easier for every professional: they must choose the appropriate and certified model according to the materials to be sterilised. A type B cargo autoclave can sterilise hollow bodies such as handpieces and turbines and porous materials (gowns, gauze...).

P.I.D. System (Proportional Integral Derivative)
This is the ultimate expression of closed-chain control. It ensures constant control and monitoring of the entire functional system of the autoclave, automatically intervening in the event of anomalies on incorrect technical and electronic parameters.

Tanks inside the machine
In the event of accidental insertion of inappropriate liquids, the autoclave tanks can all be inspected and cleaned, as required by technical regulations. All autoclaves have a pure water tank and a used water tank inside. Each tank is equipped with probes for indicating maximum and minimum levels.

Preset Temperatures
The temperatures set on our autoclaves' cycles are 134°C and 121°C. The 134°C cycles are normally used for sterilisation of solid and ferrous materials. 121°C cycles are used for thermoplastics and sensitive materials.

Ease of use
The sterilisation cycle is selected by pressing one button and activated by pressing another. The first allows you to scroll through and view the data for each cycle on the large display and then select the most suitable one, the second automatically starts the entire sterilisation cycle. For any errors or alarms, messages and LED signals will call your attention.

Fully automatic cycles
All phases are managed by the advanced board complete with powerful microprocessor. Each phase (vacuum, pre-heating, exposure time, drying) is monitored, supported and managed automatically.

Unattended cycles with auto switch-off
During sterilisation cycles, an automatic function initiates an anti-condensation phase and automatic self-switch-off in the absence of an operator at the end of the cycle.

Test cycles
Our autoclaves are complete with test cycles for their periodic check by physical and functional systems. Helix test to assess vacuum capacity in hollow bodies. Bowie & Dick test to assess vacuum capacity in porous bodies. Vacuum test to evaluate vacuum holding capacity.

Constant cycle monitoring
A device ensures constant control and monitoring of sterilisation cycles. Any kind of anomaly is detected and immediately stopped if it impairs sterilisation cycles. The operator is informed of the anomaly via a message.

All cycles ensure sterilisation of type B loads
All sterilisation cycles have the fractionated vacuum system, controls and parameters that ensure sterilisation of type B loads. Even incorrect selection of the desired cycle always ensures safe sterilisation on all types of processed material.

Two sterilisation cycles: 121°C and 134°C
Automatic preheating, sterilisation and drying phases.

Non-manipulable pre-set cycles
All cycles are pre-set and always guarantee safe sterilisation of treated materials. There is no possibility for operators to intervene and manipulate the cycles, thus avoiding any kind of possible human error.

Pre-set temperatures
The set temperatures on our autoclave cycles are 134°C and 121°C. The 134°C cycles are normally used for sterilisation of solid and ferrous materials. 121°C cycles are used for sterilisation of thermoplastic and delicate materials.

Water tanks
The HYDRA EVO is equipped with an internal tank for clean water and another for used water. Each tank is equipped with probes to detect minimum and maximum water levels.

Fully automatic cycles
All cycles are fully automatic and all phases are managed by a motherboard with a powerful microprocessor. Each phase (vacuum, pre-heating, exposure time, drying) is monitored, assisted and managed automatically. There is no need for human intervention in cycle management.

Door safety
The door is equipped with 2 safety devices:
a mechanical one, which does not allow opening in the event of pressure
a dynamic one, which seals the door
