Ideal during work breaks to maintain the standard of hygiene until the next job. Active against a high number of microorganisms (bacteria, yeasts and moulds) it is suitable for use in the application of HACCP self-control plans.

Concentrated liquid detergent for dishwashing machines, ideal for medium-hard water.

Alkali-free liquid detergent specifically for cleaning aluminium pans and trays either manually or with the aid of professional dishwashers or washing machines. Suitable with all types of water, it is also suitable for hard water.

Liquid detergent for hand dishwashing, allows quick and safe cleaning and degreasing without leaving greasy marks on the dishes. Neutral pH product, active even in cold water and gentle on the skin even with daily use. Its characteristics make it suitable for the application of HACCP self-control plans.

Concentrated neutral detergent with antibacterial, for hand washing dishes and crockery. Due to its sanitising effect it is recommended for use in all environments where hygiene assurance is to be combined with a cleaning action.

Dosage: for very dirty dishes 10 grams/litre, for less dirty dishes 5-7 grams. Leave to soak for a few minutes.

Product for soaking dishes, suitable for oily soiling or in cases where there is a time lag of more than 60 minutes between the consumption of
meals (use of dishes) and washing up takes longer than 60 minutes.
