THERMOSALDER D-400 without printer

The D-400 automatic is a roller sealer with an automatic photocell drive system. This solution, adopted in clinical and hospital centres, ensures very high production, lack of routine maintenance and fast throughput.

The D-400 automatic is a sophisticated piece of equipment operated with microprocessor control and temperature control. The sealing pressure is automatically adjusted according to the thickness of the different types of sterilising pouches.

The D-400 guarantees the 30 mm safety distance between the contents of the pouch and the inner edge of the seal, according to DIN standards. All studies that wish to certify and document their protocols must use the D-500. Compatible for sealing Tyvek rolls and pouches.
