The ISO 11607 standard specifies a daily check routine for heatseals.
The seal check is a method of performing the required test, documenting the day, the person who performed the test and clearly showing the results of your traysealer's ability to properly heat and seal the bag.
When it is placed inside a subsequently sealed bag and the test area becomes darker, it will be easy to interpret whether the seal is compliant, smooth and completely leak-free.
