The new 3M™ Littmann® CORE digital stethoscope offers the exceptional acoustics, comfort and quality of a Littmann® Cardiology IV stethoscope, plus the powerful CORE digital attachment.
Intended for professional and clinical use on paediatric and adult patients.

Connection to Eko software via Bluetooth
The software allows you to capture 15, 30, 60 or 120 second recordings, view cardiac sound waves in real time, analyse and share recordings to monitor disease progression. The Eko App is available for iOS and Android devices.

Active noise cancellation
Reduces unwanted background sounds, enabling more reliable auscultation.

Transition from analogue to amplified mode
Two floating membranes (adult and paediatric) allow high-frequency and low-frequency sounds to be heard by simply adjusting the pressure on the head.

Up to 40x amplification
Based on comparison between analogue and electronically amplified listening with maximum volume at peak frequency (125 Hz). Adjustable volume with buttons on the CORE side.

3M EKO CORE DIGITAL ACCESSORY - 8481

Eko CORE enables analogue Littmann Cardiology IV stethoscopes to be converted into digital stethoscopes.
At the push of a button, heart, lung and other body sounds are digitally amplified by up to 40x (at peak frequency, compared to analogue mode), adding automatic breath detection (88% sensitivity and specificity), active noise cancellation and wireless listening.

Compatible with major brands and veterinary stethoscopes.

When switched on, Eko CORE turns the stethoscope into a digital detection instrument; when switched off, the stethoscope functions as an analogue Cardiology IV.

Supplied with rechargeable lithium battery (8 hours autonomy) and micro USB charging.
