Cleaning precision
Ultrasonic cleaning is faster, more effective and safer than any other method. It is powerful enough to remove heavy oils and waxes and allows it to penetrate deep into the most insidious places where a manual cleaning brush cannot fit.

Ultrasound are sound waves that radiate into the liquid contained in the tray, generating an effect called cavitation, i.e. a rapid formation and implosion of microscopic bubbles. Heat enhances the process.

Deep ultrasonic cleaning removes even the most stubborn dirt and contamination.

The ultrasonic tank is designed for washing instruments used in the medical, dental, aesthetic and veterinary fields. The device by means of ultrasonic cleaning (cavitation) allows cleaning in places that are difficult to reach by manual cleaning.

Heating
The device heats up the washing liquid. It stops automatically when the set temperature is reached.

Degassing (degas)
This process reduces the gases dissolved in the liquid and improves the efficiency of subsequent washing.

Ultrasonic washing
Washing stage using ultrasonic cavitation.

Sweap
Ultrasound is frequency modulated to reduce the negative effects of standing waves by increasing the distribution of ultrasonic energy in the washing liquid.

Drain

T-CLEAN ALKALINE DETERGENT A TUTTNAUER - 5 litres

Highly concentrated and effective alkaline cleaner for cleaning surgical instruments, medical equipment, ophthalmic instruments, anaesthetic and endoscopic equipment, laboratory glassware and similar applications.

Formulated with alkaline agents, surfactants, highly stabilised enzymes and powerful anti-corrosives, it facilitates the dissolving of organic residues such as fatty and protein deposits, while effectively contributing to the removal of biofilm.

T-CLEAN A is recommended for both heat-resistant and heat-sensitive instruments.
