FLAT POUCHES FOR STEAM STERILISATION OR ETO

Transparent green polyester-polyethylene film laminated to medical paper that allows steam and gas to penetrate during sterilisation. Steam and gas indicators change colour when exposed to sterilisation.

1. Reinforced corners prevent dust from accumulating near the opening, reducing the risk of contamination of contents upon opening.

2. The transparent film complies with German standard EN 10/204. The medical paper complies with the following standards: DIN 58953 (German), Pharmacopea 589 (French), pr EN 868-3 (European) and BS 6256 (English).

3. The chevrons allow the envelopes to be opened quickly and correctly. The envelopes are also marked with the correct opening direction.

4. The pouches consist of a layer of transparent laminated film (a special type of polyester and polypropylene copolymer) and white medical Kraft moisture-resistant paper, specially designed to provide high antibacterial protection.

5. Multiline' sealing is strong and durable; the sealing lines are evenly spaced and the outer sealing line runs along the entire length of the pouch to ensure maximum sealing.

All rolls and pouches are certified and manufactured according to DIN 58953 BS 6871, EN 868-5, CN 13485
