Mepilex Heel is a polyurethane foam dressing, with Safetac technology contact layer, shaped for heel and elbow.
It is ideal for the management of a wide range of exudating wounds, such as pressure ulcers, lower limb and diabetic foot ulcers, and traumatic wounds. Mepilex Heel can also help in the prevention of pressure injuries of the heel. It absorbs and retains exudate, promoting the healing process in a moist environment. It can remain in place for several days depending on the condition of the wound.

It can be fixed with a simple bandage, a transparent dressing or a tubular knit.

Mepilex Lite is a sterile thin foam dressing for acute and chronic low exudating wounds. Thanks to Safetac technology, Mepilex Lite minimises pain and trauma to the wound or skin at dressing changes. Mepilex Lite is very soft and conformable. It is clinically proven to minimise skin reactions from radiotherapy, improving the quality of life of cancer patients. Mepilex Lite can be cut to fit any wound, making it ideal for areas that are difficult to dress, such as the armpits or lower breast.

Its high absorbency, softness and low fibre dispersion make Mesoft a solution for absorbing, protecting, disinfecting and swabbing.
