The sterilisation chamber, with a capacity of approximately 1.5 litres, the tray, tongs and lid are made of polished 18/10 stainless steel.

All components used are certified by leading European brands and the assembly is in full compliance with the EN-61010 standard.

Externally, except for the door, it is powder-coated for maximum resistance to heat, shock and time.

The 4 trays are made of anodised aluminium with large holes to facilitate hot air circulation.
