LAVASURGE® is aimed to be used as a preventive adjuvant measure to avoid surgical site infection (SSI). It is a sterile, ready-to-use medical device composed of a Ringer's solution with the addition of 0.04% Poliesanide as an antimicrobial agent to prevent the growth of microorganisms.

- Patients allergic to the active ingredients in the product
- Application to the central nervous system or
meninges
